.In-Mold Label (IML-B & IML-I) :
IN-MOLD LABEL (IML) - A New ERA of Labeling for Plastic Bottle.     Which is  a new concept from traditional plastic bottle labeling.  It is a Pre-Labeling Method used to apply label to Blow-Molded Bottle.  Labels that Heat-Seal adhesives are inserted into the mould by the inserter and adhered to the bottle utilizing the height heat of parson.     They are used for wide variety of usage, such as Liquid Detergents, Motor Oil Bottles, and Food Application (Such as Juice Bottles, Liquid Margarine, Catsup, and etc.) The High adhesive nature provides with the best security purpose to avoid illegal imitations or infringement to the products. IN MOLD LABELS

• In house development of the labels
• Inks on PE foil.
• Top coat : varnish.

INJECTION MOLDING PROCESS

• The in mold labels are put in the robot per pile.
• The robot takes the labels 1 by 1 out of the pile in order to place all 4 at the same time in the mould.
• Adhesion of the labels in the mould is done by electrostatic charging.
• The head of the robot removes itself from the mould.
• The mould closes.
• The normal injection molding cycle begins :
  • The synthetic material is injected in the mould in liquid condition.
  • The warm material at the back of the label ensures good adhesion.
  • After injection, cooling time necessary to solidify the material starts.
  • The mould opens and ejects the crate.
• The result is a crate with in mould label.
